The Council noted the great support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince – may God preserve them – for the sectors concerned, which made their capabilities and readiness at the best levels, and what was taken from early precautions to control the spread of the virus and prepare for it, and spread culture and awareness in society, and maintain Health system, double the capacity of laboratories, critical care rooms, and ventilators.
The Cabinet continued the phases of a gradual return to normal conditions in all regions of the Kingdom based on social divergence, stressing the need for citizens and residents to follow the commitment to precautionary measures and preventive measures to confront the Corona pandemic, and the importance of oversight bodies and the competent authorities to follow up their application in the field, which contributes to protecting health Everyone is reducing the numbers of injured.
The Council affirmed its great confidence in the efficiency of the health system and its evolving capabilities, thanks to the rational leadership and financial support provided to it by the rational leadership, and the state’s investment in its infrastructure over the years, which enabled it to respond quickly and high to the challenges posed by the pandemic, and to provide health care for all despite The exceptional conditions that they caused, appreciating the health practitioners’ tasks that contributed, God willing, to saving lives, and assured that their country will not forget these sacrifices.

The Council affirmed the Kingdom’s support for the efforts made by the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization in protecting lives and reducing the risks of spreading epidemics, and that allocating the Kingdom during its participation in the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (remote) amounted to (one hundred and fifty million) dollars out of the total amount pledged by the Kingdom in The extraordinary summit of the leaders of the Group of Twenty, comes as an extension of the Kingdom’s march and its ongoing global humanitarian efforts.
The Cabinet discussed the results of the Donors’ Conference for Yemen 2020, which was organized by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in partnership with the United Nations under the guidance of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince – may God preserve them – and participated in more than 126 parties, including 66 countries, in addition to international governmental and non-governmental organizations And the resulting contributions amounted to (one billion and three hundred and fifty million) dollars, including (five hundred million) dollars, the Kingdom announced its submission to support the humanitarian response plan for Yemen, and the plan to confront (Covid 19), affirming the steadfast position of the Kingdom in supporting the Republic of Yemen and supporting its brotherly people And its keenness to make all efforts to reach a sustainable political solution to the Yemeni crisis, and to lift the suffering of the Yemeni people to support the humanitarian, economic and development aspects, in a way that reflects on its security and stability.
And Dr. Majed bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi indicated that the council reviewed a number of topics on the developments of developments and developments at the regional and international levels, once again the Kingdom welcomed the Egyptian efforts aimed at resolving the Libyan crisis, support for the call for a ceasefire, and international efforts calling to stop the fighting and return to the political track, and urged all parties The Libyan government must prevail over the national interest, stop the immediate cease-fire, and start urgent and comprehensive political negotiations under the auspices of the United Nations, in a manner that guarantees the return of security and stability to Libya, and the preservation of its territorial integrity, integrity and protection from external interference.
The Cabinet also expressed the Kingdom’s rejection of the plans and measures issued by “Israel” to annex lands in the West Bank and impose sovereignty over them, and denouncing any unilateral actions, and any violations of international legitimacy decisions, and all that undermines the chances of resuming the peace process to achieve security and stability in the region, Emphasizing the stable and permanent position of the Kingdom towards the brotherly Palestinian people and supporting its choices.
The Council reaffirmed the Kingdom during the meeting of the international coalition against the terrorist organization ISIS, its continued commitment to support the coalition’s efforts and make every effort to eliminate the organization and its cells, and prevent its funding.
The Cabinet reviewed the topics on its agenda, including topics that the Shura Council participated in its study, as well as the findings of the Economic and Development Affairs Council, the Political and Security Affairs Council, the General Committee of the Council of Ministers, and the Panel of Experts in the Council of Ministers regarding it. The council concluded the following: –
Firstly:
The authorization of His Royal Highness, the Minister of Sports – or his representative – to negotiate with the Serbian side regarding a draft memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Sports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the Republic of Serbia to cooperate in the field of youth and sports, sign it, and then upload the final signed copy, to complete Regular procedures.

Approval of the Kingdom’s accession to the Nice Agreement Concerning the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks.
Fifthly:
Approval of an agreement between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of the Republic of Kosova to avoid double taxation and to prevent tax evasion in relation to income taxes.
Sixthly:
Authorize His Excellency the Minister of Transport, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Authority of Civil Aviation – or his representative – to sign a draft multi-party memorandum of cooperation regarding security threat information targeting the civil aviation system, and then upload the final signed copy, to complete the statutory procedures.
Seventh:

And renew the membership of Dr. / Abdullah bin Nadim Elias and Professor / Abdullah bin Abdul Karim Al-Muneef, representatives from those interested in the activity of enterprises, and appoint Mr. / Murad bin Ali Al-Arwi as a representative of the Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry, on the Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises.
Tenth:
Approval to grant (First Mills Company, Second Mills Company, Third Mills Company, and Fourth Mills Company) a license to operate flour production mills, and transfer the full ownership of the companies to the National Allocation Center.
